These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of [Website URL] (the "Site"), operated by Riley's Roofing ("Riley's Roofing," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes only. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security features;
- copy, reproduce, scrape, or republish content from the Site without our written permission;
- use the Site to transmit harmful code or send unsolicited communications.
Not a Binding Offer or Contract
The information on the Site, including descriptions of services, materials, and general pricing factors, is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer, quote, or contract. Any estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time and on an inspection of your property, and the terms of any work we perform will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and Riley's Roofing.
No Professional Guarantee
We aim to keep the Site's content accurate and current, but roofing methods, building codes, material specifications, and insurance practices change. Content on the Site is general information, not professional, engineering, legal, or insurance advice for your specific situation. Always rely on a direct inspection and written estimate, and consult the appropriate licensed professional, before making decisions about your property or an insurance claim.
Insurance Claim Information
Any information on the Site about insurance claims is general and educational. Riley's Roofing is a roofing contractor, not a public adjuster, law firm, or insurance company. We do not file claims on your behalf, determine what your policy covers, or guarantee any claim outcome. Coverage decisions rest with your insurer, and you should review your own policy and consult your insurer or a licensed professional for advice specific to your claim.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, are owned by or licensed to Riley's Roofing and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The "Riley's Roofing" name and logo are our property. You may not use them without our prior written consent. Product names and brands referenced on the Site (for example, material manufacturers) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites we do not control, such as manufacturers, review platforms, or social media. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those sites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current. This disclaimer applies to the Site only and does not affect any warranty provided in a signed work agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riley's Roofing and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. [Your attorney may adjust this section; some limitations are not enforceable in all circumstances under Wisconsin law.]
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Riley's Roofing and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [County] County, Wisconsin, unless otherwise required by law. [Confirm venue and any dispute-resolution or arbitration provisions with your attorney.]
